their IR lightning products for video

The UK based company CSL Dualcom an
M2M communication specialist displayed
their different solutions for secure alarm
transmission. Christian Eriksson, Country
Manager for Sweden and Vicki Smith, the
Marketing Manager were both happy with
the attention they received from visitors
from all over the world.
The alarm product manufacturer
Pyronix welcomed many of visitors.
Spica International from Slovenia
exhibi ted their product line within access
control.
Ian Moore and Kevin Coulson from
UK based Elmdene Int. Ltd.
Ali Mahmoud, Director and Stuart
Hibberd Sales Director at Castel were
caught on camera.
Optex Europe exhibited. Aude Desbrieres
Marketing Manager and Mark Cosgrave
Export Manager were present in the
stand.
Ely Maspero and Michela Severgnini
from March Networks being introduced
to both existing and potential customers
to show their different video surveillance
solutions.
Dutch manufacturers Nedap launched
their access control line, but were also
prepared for the football matches in the
world cup.

Marie Kemshall from Xtralis had some
happy days with colleagues during the
Ifsec show.
Genetec was very satisfied with the
visitors coming to their stand during
the show.
87 per cent of
floor plan booked
More than 87 per cent of the floor
plan has already been rebooked
for 2015, with returning exhibi-
tors including: Tyco, Xtralis, Axis

Texecom, Avigilon, Risco, UTC,
Idis, Y3K, Bosch, Salto, Assa

Safe Cities Conference
Ifsec International 2014 marked
the launch of the Safe Cities
Conference as the first confer-
ence and exhibition dedicated
to the security requirements of
a city rather than its individual
components. Dedicated content
and case studies for London
were presented to help shape the
contribution and interaction from
other global mega cities around
the security challenges they face.
The conference is supported by
UK Government and endorsed by
the Mayor of London.

In addition to Safe Cities, visitors
to Ifsec International were able
to benefit from six dedicated
education theatres located across
the show floor. Visitors were able
to gain insight into the hottest
topics of 2014, theatres included:
Ifsec Global.com Centre Stage
showcasing the biggest names in
the industry, ipAssured Education
Zone, Smart Buildings Theatre,
Convergence Solutions Theatre,
Tavcom Training Theatre and the
Risk & Security Management
Theatre.
Gerry Dunphy, Event Director
for Ifsec & Firex International,
claims that Ifsec International
2014 has gone above and beyond
everyone's expectations as he com-
mented on the event at Excel.
"We set the bar high and
wanted to demonstrate that this is
the next chapter of Ifsec. Response
from both visitors and exhibi-
tors to the new venue, features
and education has been hugely
positive. We've already made a
great start towards 2015 with 87
per cent of the floor plan booked
and look forward to welcoming
everyone back next year."

place from 16th ­ 18th June at
