for Polish Installers of Alarm
Systems" is a competition that was
held during the fair and the best
engineer in the competition was
awarded as the Polish Master of
Alarm Technology 2012.
The next Securex will be held
in spring 2014 when the show
celebrates its 20th anniversary.
Securex attracted some
250 producers and
distributors from 18 countries
showing a comprehensive range of
security products such as security
cameras, access control and intru-
sion detection. Securex took place
along side Instalacje International
Fair of Installations and Equip-
ment, Sawo International Fair of
Work Protection, Fire-Fighting
and Rescue Equipment, Wo-
dociagi International Water
and Sewerage Industry Fair and
Kominki International Fireplace
Fair. Together, the fairs attracted
some 23,000 visitors, which was
7,000 fewer than last year.

At last, Sectech is back in Copenhagen. It will be held at the Scandic Copenhagen
Hotel, which has the capacity to comfortably play host to the 900 visitors expected
to attend the exhibition and seminars.
Sectech will focus on intruder alarms, video surveillance, access control and
integrated security systems. Around fifty Scandinavian exhibitors and some inter-
national companies will display the latest trends and developments from the industry.

Securex in Poznan is the largest security exhibition
in Poland. According to the organisers, this year the
fair attracted almost 23,000 visitors. However, several
other fairs coincided with Securex and 23,000 is the
total figure recorded.
