Dahua releases two Mini HD-SDI cameras

is releasing
their latest two new mini HD-SDI
cameras DH-HFW2200S (IR-
bullet) and DH-HDW2200S (IR
dome).
These HD-SDI solutions offer
non-latent images with full-HD
quality without IP problems based
on over-coax transmission, and
being a steering member of HDc-
ctv Alliance, Dahua Technology
is committed to the HD surveil-
lance equipment market. The
HFW2200S/ HDW2200S series
is ideal for small-scale applica-
tions with demand for high-def-
inition image quality. Acting as
refined versions of the existing
HD-SDI camera product lines,
the newly released mini-series
renders outstanding image quality
with 1/3" 3MP CMOS sensor,
supports 25/30fps@1080p or
50/60fps@720p real-time recording
and provides a more detailed and
smooth surveillance experience.
The series is also equipped with
IR LEDs of effective range of 20
metres for poor-lighting conditions.
Meanwhile, the featured Smart IR
technology achieves intellectual IR
lighting adjustment to meet the
requirements of different surround-
ings. The mini HD-SDI cameras
are also low-power consumers and
are able to stand a wide tempera-
ture range from -20°C to 60°C.
With a pleasing design and size,
they should be ideal for various
environments, for instance, retail
shops, convenience stores,
and offices etc.

Raytec won Ifsec award for Vario IP

its debut at the Ifsec show recent-
ly, and picked up the accolade for

the Ifsec awards ceremony on the
first night of the show.

has once again expanded its
network video systems portfolio.
The micro 2000 IP cameras
and Flexidome micro 2000 IP
cameras are specifically designed
for indoor areas with stable light-
ing, and include a state of the art
design. They come in two different
versions, a micro box, and a micro
dome design. Both cameras are
designed as complete networked
video systems. They include a
dropbox application for remote
storage of recorded activity, while
also benefiting from 50 percent
less storage needs in static scenes
due to iDNR (intelligent dy-
namic noise reduction), saving on
memory requirements, bandwidth,
and costs. Furthermore, the Video
Client PC software and the live
viewer
app from
Bosch are
available
free of
charge for
reviewing live and recorded video
material on a PC or mobile device
from any location with Internet
access. In addition, the micro
2000 IP cameras and Flexidome
micro 2000 IP cameras are ON-
VIF conformant and compatible
with software and storage solu-
tions of third-party integrators.
This is supported by the Integra-
tion Partner Program, which gives
Bosch clients immediate access to
online tools for easy integration of
management and recording soft-
ware, video analytics, monitor wall
systems and cloud monitoring.

is releasing two 2-meg-
apixel easy-to-use fixed dome
network cameras, the FD8163
indoor version and FD8363 for
external use.
Both cameras feature 1080p
full HD resolution for superb
image quality at up to 30 fps, and
are equipped with a removable
IR-cut filter, 15-metre IR illumi-
nators and Smart IR technology
for avoiding overexposure under
low light conditions. They also
include a WDR enhancement
aimed at achieving visibility in
high contrast environments to
secure high video quality and
provide accurate identification
around the clock. The FD8363,
is the outdoor version of the
FD8163, and is equipped with ad-
ditional special features to support
operation under harsh outdoor
environments, which include the
IP66-rated housing for shielding
the camera against rain and dust
and the metal
vandal-proof
housing for
protecting it
from vandal-
ism. Hence, the
FD8363 is es-
pecially suitable
for monitor-
ing areas such
as building
entrances and
airports, while the FD8163 is
ideal for lobbies and educational
facilities. The cameras include also
an easy focus button and remote
focus, making image adjustment
easier and more efficient. By
adopting a 3 - 9 mm motorised
DC-iris lens, focal length adjust-
ment can be performed remotely
without any physical access,
enhancing customer conveni-
ence while securing superb image
quality.
