goals. The big excitement was all
about which of the teams that
would follow Raytec through to
the semifinals. In their last game,
Videotec had to beat Norbain
Whites, but after a 11 draw, Nor-
bain advanced to the semifinals
because of more goals scored.
The elegant Italians consequently
finished third and missed out on
the play-off. Optex finished fourth
and Vivotek, which had the largest
crowd of supporters, finished fifth.
Knock-out fixtures
Panasonic made a great impres-
sion in the semifinal and won 40
against Norbain Whites.
In the other semifinal Raytec
played Mayflex in what in advance
seemed to be a very uncertain
game. However, Raytec managed
to keep a clean sheet and scored
three goals.
The final was played between
Raytec and Panasonic, the only
teams that had won all their
matches. It was a tight game
but it was Raytec's evening. With
a match only goal, the British
took home the victory. An eve-
ning of merriment concluded the
event with a dinner and an award
ceremony. n

ball Cup) won 21 against Axis
in a prestigious game between the
two Swedish sides. Panasonic and
Mayflex went to the semifinals,
AR Media finished third, Axis
fourth and Norbain Reds fifth.
