Network cameras reinforces service delivery at Fiumicino Airport Rome. The Rome Fiumicino Airport is the largest airport in Italy and one of the busiest air stations worldwide.
Every day, thousands of passengers approach the information centre for help, increasing the need for more service staff and increasing airport management costs.

Detektor has conducted a study of a number of the latest security technology market reports to find out. The figures vary somewhat from report to report but all point in the same direction.

The conclusion is yes, our market is effected, but there are large variations in the extent of that effect depending on application, technology and geographical territory.

This leads us to the next question. When can we expect a recovery?

Intersec Dubai 2010 took place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from the 17th to the 19th of January.

A total of 19,159 visitors from almost 100 countries and 717 exhibitors meant that this year’s show saw a growth of around 11 percent in visitor numbers, compared with the 2009 exhibition. This was truly a remarkable performance given the recent troubles of the Middle East in general and Dubai in particular.
